HOW TO USE

Apply detox patch one hour before bed-time.
Wash and dry your feet or body part before applying Detox Patch.
Take one adhesive sheet and slowly peel off paper.
Place the foot pad on the adhesive where noted to "Put adhesive sheet on this side" and place onto the soles of your feet or the desired area of other body part. (Socks can be worn if necessary)
Wear for 5-7 hours then remove pad.
Wipe surface with wet towel until it's no longer sticky.
Used patches will appear dark greenish or grayish as they absorb toxins and waste matter from your body.
Continue to use each night until the discoloration of the pad subsides.
When used patches show signs of lightening, apply once or twice a week for maintenance.

I just had to write this review ( my first one). I was recommended these Body relief foot pads for detox. I research everything!!! It's very confusing all the comments, do they work are they fake and a ripoff, ect. Well they work!! I got my order quickly then the very first night we my husband got really interested in what I was doing so he put them on too, Immediately we both felt a tingling in our feet/calves. We went to bed and I woke in the morning with NO KNEE PAIN!! I suffer horrible and I know that sounds insane but I was amazed and I didn't realize until the next day I bent down on the floor got on my knees because I dropped something and got up on my own. It was shocking it's been years since that has happened without pain. My husband is like we have more? they really helped him. Now to address would they turn black just with water? I'm just saying they where black from our feet seriously and the 3rd night Rudy put one on his lower back there was a little dark spot but nothing like on our feet. In short forget all the negative comments do yourself a favor and try them yourself for us we have already ordered more since we both ended up using them, We love them. I don't professionally blog or work for the Company I'm simply a customer giving an honest review. I would hate to think I would have missed out on this product had I listened to all the negative remarks, There great and I would highly recommend ordering them :)

These are AMAZING! I have only used them for 2 days and have chronic sinusitis and back pain and woke up this am with NO allergy symptoms and back is better! I am going to continue to use them and recommend them to patients ,I am a nurse!

I know it sounds crazy, but they really work for me. Standing on my feet all day at work makes my feet hurt really bad and I also have tendonitis. After using these for a few days I noticed a definite decrease in foot pain. I seem to sleep better and have more energy during the day too. Is it a placebo affect? Well, I've tried plenty of different remedies that didn't work at all. I ordered more of these, hoping the improvements will continue.
